[XO Wave-Announce] 0.19.0 prerelease 2 now available

Hey all,

	I've done some bug fixing and have a new prerelease for 0.19.0:

This fixes some serious issues with fades, crashing on startup, and  
ripple all, and also has a few minor improvements to layout and so  
on. I'm not calling it beta yet, but it's that much closer.
